* All items invoiced cannot be refunded or exchanged unless agreed by Cluey Solutions.
A 20% restocking fee will apply to any items returned for refund or exchange.
* All goods returned must be in pristine condition and bear our warranty label where applicable.
Goods that have been used will not be accepted.
* This invoice is to be presented for any Return To Base warranty.
Any items that are “Dead on Arrival” may be exchanged within 7 days of the invoice.
* Warranty does not cover any damage done to other equipments used in conjunction with our product.
